How to use:
- Start in the center of your upper lip (near your cupid's bow) and work outward.
- Then outline your lower lip with the lip liner.
- You can just outline your lips or color them in completely for extra intensity.
- Then apply the lip gloss for a shiny and voluminous effect.
- For extra long wear: fill in your entire lips with the lip liner before applying the gloss.
