Plumping lip gloss: what does it do?
A plumping lip gloss contains ingredients that make your lips look fuller for a while — usually peptides, or a light tingle that briefly stimulates the circulation. How do you keep lip gloss looking good for longer?
Gloss wears off faster than lipstick — that comes with the territory, it sits on your lips instead of in them. Two things help. First draw a lip liner along your lip contour and fill your lip in with it; that layer gives the gloss something to hold on to and stops it from bleeding. And after eating, dab a bit back on instead of adding another full layer on top, so it keeps feeling light.
