Semi-permanent colour sits on top of your hair and mainly disappears through washing. What speeds that up:
- Washing more often than you usually do.
- Warmer water, because heat lets the colour go more easily.
- A regular shampoo with sulphates instead of a sulphate free one.
- Skipping the conditioner for a few washes.
Count on several washes and spread them over a few days, which is kinder to your hair. Bright colours like blue, green and purple hold on the longest.
