What's the difference with a regular concealer?
A regular concealer covers in your own skin tone. An under eye brightener corrects the colour and adds light. That makes the under-eye area look brighter without a thick layer. For very dark circles, the combination works best: first a brightener, then a thin layer of liquid concealer in your shade.
Which under eye brightener suits you?

How do you apply under eye brightener?
Hydrate the skin under your eyes with an eye cream first. Apply a little brightener to the inner corner of your eye and along the darkest areas, then dab it in with your ring finger or a damp sponge. Finish with concealer if you like and set lightly with a fine powder so it doesn't settle into fine lines.
