A sheet mask is a mask made of fabric, gel or hydrogel that is soaked in serum. You place it on your face and leave it on for a quarter of an hour, so your skin can absorb the serum at its own pace. Fabric, gel or hydrogel?
Fabric masks are light and hold plenty of serum. Gel and hydrogel masks fit more closely, feel cool and dry out less quickly. How to use a sheet mask
Cleanse your skin and use a toner if you like. Place the mask on your face, leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and pat in the leftover serum. Finish with a moisturiser. Two to three times a week is ideal.
