A sheet mask is a piece of fabric, tissue or hydrogel soaked in essence. You place it on your face and the essence sinks in while you relax. How to use a sheet mask
Cleanse your face and apply a Korean toner. Place the mask on your face and leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes, no longer, as a mask that has dried out can actually draw moisture from your skin. Pat in the leftover essence and finish with a Korean moisturiser.
