Colour corrector
A colour corrector is a tinted concealer that neutralises discolouration before you apply your foundation or concealer. Green or orange on your face might look odd, but it works: opposite colours cancel each other out. Redness, dark circles and dull skin disappear without needing a thick layer of concealer.

Which colour corrector do you need?
- Green: neutralises redness, such as blemishes, broken capillaries and red areas around your nose.
- Peach and orange: make blue and purple dark circles invisible. Peach suits fair to medium skin, orange suits medium to deep skin.
- Yellow: tones down light purple shades and small bruises and gives a warm, even base.
- Lilac and purple: refresh sallow or dull skin.
- Pink: brightens light dark circles. Pink and peach-toned concealers made especially for under the eyes are in under eye brightener.
How do you apply a colour corrector?
Use a small amount and apply it only to the discoloured area. Dab it in with your finger or a small brush so only a thin layer remains. Then apply your foundation or a skin-tone liquid concealer and tap it in gently without wiping away the corrector underneath. Set everything with powder.
