Toners
A toner goes on straight after your cleanser. It removes the last traces of residue, rebalances your skin’s pH and adds a first layer of hydration, so your serum and moisturiser absorb better afterwards. Modern toners do even more: they hydrate, calm redness or gently exfoliate with mild acids. Toners: the first step after cleansing
Which toner suits your skin?
- Dry or dehydrated skin: choose a hydrating toner with hyaluronic acid or panthenol, such as the Liquid Hydration 5% Panthenol Toner by Geek & Gorgeous.

How to use a toner
Use your toner morning and evening after cleansing. Pat a few drops into your skin with your hands, or apply it with a cotton pad if you want to exfoliate. Follow with an essence or serum and finish with a moisturiser. With an exfoliating toner, build up slowly and always wear SPF during the day.
